Our volunteers go through every bag by hand. Recently, a bag of clothing arrived with large kitchen knives hidden inside, putting our team at real risk.
We rely on you to help keep donations safe:
- Remove knives, blades, needles, broken glass, or any sharp items
- Do not send soiled or wet clothing
- Pack fragile or risky items separately
- Only donate items that are clean and suitable for resale
