Unsuitable items: We may be unable to accept items that are broken, stained, unsafe, incomplete, damaged, heavily worn, or unsuitable for resale.

Our donation collections are carried out around volunteer availability and Hospice's medical delivery priorities. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a specific collection time.

I understand that donation collections are managed by volunteers, and that medical deliveries and collections must take priority. Hospice Mid-Northland will do its best to arrange collection as soon as practical, but collection times may change and a specific timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
