Thirty-two teams took part in the 2026 ITM Hospice Golf Tournament at Bay of Islands Golf Club on 6 March.
The tournament raised well over $20,000 for Hospice Mid-Northland, helping keep specialist palliative care and support available in the Mid-North.
A strong community result
Bay of Islands Golf Club provided the venue free of charge. Nigel Wooding spearheaded the tournament, bringing people together for a day that was generous, busy and full of community spirit.
Rotary provided valuable practical assistance, while staff and volunteers worked through a long event day.
The tournament also relied on the generosity of sponsors, prize donors and every team that entered.
