    Too big to drop off? We’ll collect it from your home—fast, free and contactless.

    How It Works

    1. Submit Your Request
      Complete our online pick-up form below with details about the item(s), your address, and preferred collection date.

    2. We Confirm & Schedule
      Our Donations Team will review your request, confirm item eligibility, and be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a convenient pick-up time.

    3. Collection Day
      On the scheduled day, our volunteer driver will arrive, collect your items from your driveway or porch, and provide a donation receipt if requested.

    4. We Sort & Sell
      Your generous donation is taken to our Processing Centre, where it’s prepared for sale—turning your items into vital funds for local hospice care.

    *Appliances must be in working order. Electrical items require a current test-&-tag or inspection upon pick-up.

    Pick-Up Eligibility

    We can collect most large items, including:

    • Furniture (sofas, tables, wardrobes)

    • Large appliances (fridges, washing machines*)

    • Mattresses & beds (under 10 years old; clean & stain-free)

    Service Area & Hours

    • Service Area: Mid-Northland region (Kerikeri, Paihia, Kaeo & surrounds)

    • Pick-Up Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm

    • Please Note: We’re unable to collect on weekends or public holidays.
