On-Site Roles
Retail Support
Where: Kerikeri, Kawakawa or Kōwhai Village op-shops
Welcome customers, style displays, operate the till and help with back-room sorting.
Flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons or weekends.
Processing Centre Sorting
Where: The “Green Shed,” 464 Kerikeri Road
Sort, clean and price donated goods for sale in our shops.
Hands-on role ideal for those who love organisation and teamwork.
Lifter–Shifter Driver
Safely collect and deliver furniture, appliances and hospice equipment between homes, shops and the processing centre.
Requires a valid driver’s licence and comfort with light-to-medium lifting.
Patient Companionship
Provide non-medical support in patients’ homes: companionship, reading, light household tasks or simply being a reassuring presence.
Build meaningful relationships and make a real difference to someone’s day.
Event Support
Assist with setup, registration, catering or pack-down at community fundraisers (Carnival, Battle of the Ballroom, Death Café, etc.).
Great for those who thrive in a fast-paced, social environment.
Therapy Volunteer
Share your creative or therapeutic skills—music, art, pet or horticultural therapy—to enrich patients’ lives at home or in day-therapy sessions.
Training and resources provided.
Remote & Digital Roles
IT & Digital Support
Maintain our website, troubleshoot software, support virtual events and optimise digital tools—all from your own home.
Ideal for IT professionals, students and tech enthusiasts.
Online Sales & Trade Me Operator
Photograph, write descriptions, list and manage our online shop and Trade Me auctions.
