Clinical Team
Our Palliative Care Nurses are trained and accredited in palliative care. They work closely with our Family Support Co-Ordinator, who is an experienced counsellor providing psychosocial support for patients and their families as they face the issues associated with a life-limiting illness. We make sure that our patient's symptoms are managed well, so that they can live the best that they can for as long as they are able.
Our nurses do not wear uniforms and our vehicles are unmarked, so we can visit you in confidence and maintain your privacy. Meet our Team here.
